Seasons ground within a mill
The offsprings blood spill

Unnatural birth

Conceiving the seed for a long time,
Now it is time for the plant
To bear the fruit,
Let the bud blossom naturally
Let it bear the burden to get the reward,
The unnatural way may be disasterous
As it is against the will of God.
Making haste may damage
Both the plant and the bud
So God's ways are always profitable.

Gun

Gun—

Bud of flower at the point of gun
Barrel of gun on the chest of flower’s bud!

Creativeness not destructive one-
This is the slogan of modern world

Go to Japan if you want to see the kingdom of cherry flower-
Though at the Second World War Japan was the villain

Flower looks decorous in your hand- not gun!

Blooming Pleasures

Blooming Pleasures
By Lori Triggs
Copyrighted 2006

My flower was grown with buds
Waiting to bloom by a man.

My flower was deflowered with
Blooms opened fertilized its seed.

My flower was defiled by
My ex love for he forgot to
Love, compassion with attention.

My flower was debloomed and
Felt wilted with no buds.

My flower was grown with
New buds by a new man, who cares,
Gives love, compassion with attention.

Nobody likes

Nobody likes

A plant

Without flower buds

A flower bud that does not

Bloom in to a flower

A flower

That is not beautiful

Nobody remembers

A flower

That does not have

Udder Budder

A frog, with bulbous eyes and green
was in the mornings often seen
out in the barn when Farmer Fritz
was busy milking bovine tits.

One morning Fritz had kicked the bucket
and yelled a word that rhymes with locket,
he left to get, inside the house,
a new container from his spouse.

While Fritz was gone, the other bucket
was standing there, and, like a rocket,
the frog jumped in to have a drink.
He drank but soon began to sink.

In panic, he swam ever quicker,
placed great demands upon his ticker,
yet he could see (he had a brain)
that efforts might well be in vain.

Critique and Prejudice

Critique and Prejudice*

Similarities

Vulgarities, language irregularities
and censoring moralities

All become literary
targets for the evolving
of human – expression

Whereby, an infantile flora, from seed to bud
naturally matures with inherent birth rights
Critiquing of its beauty or poor appearance
while still at “Bud, ” desecrates
all that it self embraces

Unforgiving, stifling creativity and that
which all are hopeful of, herewith
promises to self-flower to dignified maturity

Door Of Death (For Smoky)

the door of death,
just that, a door...
the face of god
shaves in your mirror.
the fire of understanding
lit by the match,
held in the hand
at the end of your arm!
eternity but total
and conscious awareness,
finding the universe
in each petal of the rose.
the leaf just budded
will turn and fall,
to lose itself in sleep,
and become leaf again!

Over The Eyes Of Gladness

'The voice of One hath spoken,
And the bended reed is bruised--
The golden bowl is broken,
And the silver cord is loosed.'

Over the eyes of gladness
The lids of sorrow fall,
And the light of mirth is darkened
Under the funeral pall.

The hearts that throbbed with rapture
In dreams of the future years,
Are wakened from their slumbers,
And their visions drowned in tears.

. . . . . . .
Two buds on the bough in the morning--
Twin buds in the smiling sun,
But the frost of death has fallen
And blighted the bloom of one.

My Name Is Bud

They're always doin' fry
They try to get me high
I felt the pressure but I never did
They used to call me dude
Put it in my food
I never wanted to when I was a kid
??? ???
Took my squirt gun
And made it a bong
My sister's name is Mary-Jane
And mine's Bud! Mine's Bud!

Youth covers up immaturity

It takes ages for one to become famous
In her arts by when she will have lost
Her youth and charm, slowly sinking.
Budding artistes bloom with their youth.

Harriett

Your sweet love budded and blossomed,
And it came to me with an aroma;
So, i am nearer to you like the hill of Moreh.
Your love is like the vintage harvest of Abiezer,
And of a moldy loaf of barley to share with;
But you are encamped in the valley of Yezereel.
Oh Harriett my love, I only ate a little of your honey;
And now, i have found out that it is sweeter than money!
