Through Blue Skies Or Grey
through blue skies or grey watch seasons changes
feelings thoughts minds souls through wonder ranges
yellow petals one day transform into white honeycomb
fade into spectral preparation seeds in readiness to roam
dandelion seeds are spun web silk threads of freedom life
carried away by gust breath of wind or child’s puff glow spice
tiny silk stem parachute flowers, freedom launch breath awaiting
to travel like tiny parachutes, on breeze wind wonder never abating
strong wind can carry tiny flower parachutes, miles away from parent
plant yet freedom seed flying stays, within wonder of any vision heart

The parachute
I get a brown parachute
and make sure that it’s folded right,
strap it to my back
and feel that it fits well.
You must make certain
that a parachute
can carry weight,
if it’s a parachute
I accompany a troop of soldiers
into a aeroplane
that takes of roaring from the runway
and we fly higher and higher
until the light first flashes red
and then green
and the aircrafts engines stop
while my heart beats in my throat
I get my turn

Bright Yellow Petal Flowers Imagination Showers
in life I never drank dandelion wine
for sour grapes bitter tastes I had no time
upon rich green grass map child like flowers

Bumps and Bruises
If one wishes to build a home,
But does not command the expertise...
An architect is consulted.
If expenses are there.
And a success one seeks...
Has a better chance,
To achieve completion!
Although one may decide,
To do everything that needs to be done.
The process is much slower.
But a wealth of knowledge is obtained!
If one without experience wishes to drive,
Lessons are learned...
And if one survives through impatience,
That wish to drive is a dream that comes alive.
However,
If one wants to write, skydive or fly a kite...
That has to be done.

Preparing For Their Dreams To Come True
I wouldn't advise anyone to jump from a plane,
Without using a parachute although they want to fly.
Especially those asking,
The purpose and reason a parachute is needed.
But...
I would do my best to convince them,
There is a difference between wishing...
And preparing for their dreams to come true.

What happen to the pirates we are supposed to see? Then we go down the chutes, and it's where the pirates were. But they're all gone. There is nothing but skeletons down here!

Beauty Is...
I followed a single snowflake
On its free-fall journey to earth.
Obscured by its frozen, cloned kind
Landed silently camouflaged
Like a virgin parachutist
Whose achromatic flake added
To the cumulative beauty
Of a wintery afternoon.
At that moment I realized
Beauty was not a single truth
But a delightful harmony
Of invisible qualities
Comprising the form of beauty
Most often sadly overlooked.

Flight Instructor
Why are some of those jumpers,
Plummeting to the ground?
'I told them all specifically,
What they had to do...
To execute a successful jump,
By counting to ten.
Then with a pulling of the cord,
Their 'chutes' would open.'
Why do you suppose,
The others have chosen to plummet?
Their outcome does not look favorable.
'One of them told me,
They did not like my tone of voice.
And 'flight' instructor or not...
Did not have to pay attention to me.
And will do what it is they choose.'

Unrequited
Parachuting
down through clouds
shaped like whales & sharks,
dolphins & penguins,
pelicans & gulls,
we reach
the purple hills
of a green-hearted island
ringed
with volcanic rock
bathed
by cobalt waters
reefed
by whitest coral
tenanted
by sea urchins & sponge
& visited
by barracuda
& tourists.
