Tonight, i look to you
Visible in your azure blue
Eyes that beguile
Touching the mist of desire
Taken by the winds of need
Absorbed in the heat of you
'Neath falling spirals of Amber Leaves
We dream in technicolour

September
Bedraggled scarecrows cry in the wind
While Blackbirds caw to the trees
As if, voices from the once green wood
While the dead leaves blow free;
Rustles of burnished remnants dance
In visions the gold dying leaf
A pause and wait but never late
As Fall carries in her grief;
Relentless winds of change court September
Descending now-a lifetime of Fall
Season's change make no excuses
For September has, indeed, come to call;

A Seasons Lessons
Through pastel winds of evermore
I blaze my way
Upward and onward
Climbing impossible mountains of chagrin
Crossing streams of past tears shed
Making my way
Across the borders of yesterday
Where heartache was my only friend
Now into the new frontiers of this day
Where gold and russet embrace the ground
And rustle in a richer hued wind
Left behind the Sring pastels
And the youth of Summer times broken dreams
Fall breaks herself wide open-for me
Bonfires of new desires burn hopeful
Hopes raised to the Firmaments abode
Where restless Souls watch and wait
For tomorrow and the cold chill
Of the dark winds of Winters nevermore

Twister
Blazing 'cross the vales most serene
Came winds of disproportionate means
They clamoured and hammered the scene
With destructive madness ever so keen
Gale force winds pushed ever on
Twisting in conical circles ever so strong
Devastating the vales vast throng
How could Mother Nature do such a wrong?
Bringing forth a question for all to ask
'Tis it Mother Natures atmospheric task?
Or 'tis it a Higher Powers most rightous wrath?
Or a hidden monster hidden behind serenitys mask?

A whispered fall wind echos
While crackling bonfires warm our chilled ears
Remembrance 'tis no longer silent

Proceed With Caution
Tangerine coloured lights shine only
As they entertain cameras to a visual scene...
Gone are the skyscraper trees and their nimble branches
Of a most free flowing evergreen...
An angry Winter wind 'tis blowing--
Slicing the easy access warmth of Summers-once sure...
Grey skies now overpower Augusts- once brillance
While the sod 'tis covered in Winter White Pure?
The world has become very quiet...
Resolved by their own images in winds stinging brisk-
'Proceed with caution' Warns: The Tangerine Lights Of Honesty
Enter-O'-Ye uninvited-at YOUR Own Risk!

Remembering November
I do remember November...
It's cool, sharp call,
The cool breeze had all but disappeared,
But the wind, it came, upon us all.
Bundled up with our ascots...
Leather gloves for our hands,
Long woolen leggings to keep them warm,
And fur lined suede boots, on which to stand.
A flurry or two is cast for the morrow...
With winds gusting, to perhaps thirty-five,
Wind chill factor of fifteen,
With a temperature, thatr could freeze a cows hide.
Ice cicle formations begin to dangle...
Hanging as decorations from midnight eaves,
The roof believes that they are ornaments,
For at christmas time, they are well received.

Paper In The Wind
The night wind searched...
For that illusive scrap--
Of paper penned with-
Your romantic ode;
That you left crumpled...
And thrown carelessly...
In anger...
Earlier in the day--
Of our once love;
When nothing but---
Sunshine once courted us;
But as with all good things...
The night and its oft' unpredictable storms...
Came uninvited;
Never planned for---
The dark and its gales...
Attacking the vunerable of our relationships...
Fragile base...;
Disagreements poured heavily...
As an unending rain...

Chill
A shining coil of wind
Carried away the last leaves
Black Birds final calling
Upon Winters sleeves
Snowflakes slide
Laying comforters of white
Snow Angels rejoice
At rest come the night
Morning unbuttons
To a glassy grey glaze
Winters come calling
Through frost misted haze

Broken Hearted Twice
The years are weighing me down most beloved
For i am but a shipwreck of a woman, my dear
Clinging to mid-lifes glorified Golden
Yet letting go of agony's bitter tears;
Looking through the windowpane of our life
Yellow fields-they oft' turn to pale green
Whispers from the winds of sweet surrender
Yet mistakes refuse to embellish my dreams;
Oh, oh, my most beloved
Am i now invisible to thine eye?
Do the Angels fear to tread near to me?
Or 'tis our re-union perhaps nigh?
Spheres of half-thought-half-spoken love words
Changed the course of Winters Arrows Of Ice
Tomorrow, oh tomorrow-what shall it bring-my darling?
In loving you-I am broken hearted...twice;

The Eyes Have It
It was in the cathedral of open dreams
The firmament, we call the sky...
Nearby birds were on the wing
My eyes, met yours, with but a sigh;
It was in the relentless mountains
Those imminent peaks, we strive to climb
Ascending, it seemed, into infinity...
Where your eyes, did indeed, meet mine;
It was in the clouds of perfection
Where the wind dare not go, nor try
Near to Heaven and far away from Earth
That we-spoke of love-eye to eye;

Oh So Ready
The Winter Season has begun its erasing...
With each of us-a bit stripped raw-
Sliced by a cutting North wind-
In the grasp of January's claw;
We are unanimously oh so ready
For the Springtide air to draw
That we make wishes upon a February star
For an early Winterime thaw;
Looking to the Ground Hog on his day-
His shadow 'tis either met or no
But the stinging bluster of the North wind reminds-
That the forecast-still calls for snow;

Devastation
The swollen river raged
To well over its banks
Swallowing up shoulders
Of Grass
In the late afternoon
Of yesterday
When the sullen skies
Wept a torrent of rain
And the Earth trembled
In near panic
Enduring the strength
Of the winds unforgiving
Gales
Recoiling from the
Infinite thunder
Totally shaken from
The spirals of lightening
And ever so desperate
Trying to adapt to:
The Tempest that is you

Skating On Thin Ice
The frozen water tears me down-
For i am upon thin ice...
Frazzled nerves into frightening curves-
Half-split me apart not once but twice;
The Winter winds they toyed with me-
As i slid on the rhythmic freeze...
Too soon the melt of ice 'twas felt-
Broken and lost at all cost in Winter breeze;
Cut cold and bleeding fast, i am-

Mo0nshine & Things Divine~
Come lazy day moonshine...
Ima risin' upon the rollin' river long
Collectin' moments of sunshine on it's banks
Singin' me a happy days song;
Country winds they are a callin'
Blowin' deep from the rural west
Old highways are laid out in ribbon's
Promisin' destinations quest-the best;
Comin' lazy day moonshine...
Drinkin' that lightenin' strong brew
Comin', yah, ima comin' down this windy road
Yah, ima comin, yah comin' home to you;

With A Little Rain
It was just another Spring storm...
Wild winds and hail---
But the bashful Sun peeked through the clouds...
And lifted-the storms blackened veil;
Raibows were brush stroked in full colour...
Painting sky canvas-filled arches of coloured light...
The air all fresh and renewed...
Lending an ambience of: 'Springtime Delight';
Proving that with every storm--
Every dropp of rain that may fall...
A renewel of Mother Earth arrives...
'Neath the Springtimes thunderous call! ;

Forest Bedroom
Secure in your heated arms...
Protected from Falls plantiff chill...
Aglow in the pleasure of your face--
Flushed as the burnished leaves upon Autumns hill;
Our bed is of russet and gold--
Natures humble crinkled spread---
Encompassed by semi-balding trees...
Autumns euphoria fills my head;
The winds brisk as in this bliss i feel with you...
The colours of our love-bonfire glow...
Safe and ecstatic in Falls loving embrace...
Two hearts beat dancing-in sweet love-they grow;

The Southern Equinox
The roof is leaning a bit
While the eaves are listening close
It's a mighty wind come to call
Swirling and whirling
Flower blossom are curling
Me thinks, it's the calling card of Fall;
August so snug in it's comforter of warmth
Holding, holding on, ever so tight
Keeping September at bay with her sizzle
Promising not to give up her fight;
Alas, Summer's last hurah is about to be
As claimed by this mighty wind's way
Around the corner in latter September days
Autumn will arrive, crisp and ready to play;
Gone will be the green grass and comforting warmth
And the blue skies endless bend
Sunshine will give way to a Firmament of Grey
Hence, Summer will surely come to her end!

A Morning Song
Steal me away'til the morrow...
'Til the sun raises its sleepy head...
Let us cast our way upon the winds of today...
And allow for our desires to be fed;
Counting the ways that i shall love thee...
My imagination trembles my minds eye...
Grasping for your hand-needy in my demand-
Quickly- before our very moments fly;
For too soon the morrow arrives...
Breaking our long night into the Dawn...
Ending our 'to be'-the moments of sweet ecstacy...
For with the light of day-i shall be gone;
