First Party At Ken Kesey's With Hell's Angels

Cool black night thru redwoods
cars parked outside in shade
behind the gate, stars dim above
the ravine, a fire burning by the side
porch and a few tired souls hunched over
in black leather jackets. In the huge
wooden house, a yellow chandelier
at 3 A.M. the blast of loudspeakers
hi-fi Rolling Stones Ray Charles Beatles
Jumping Joe Jackson and twenty youths
dancing to the vibration thru the floor,
a little weed in the bathroom, girls in scarlet
tights, one muscular smooth skinned man
sweating dancing for hours, beer cans
bent littering the yard, a hanged man
sculpture dangling from a high creek branch,
children sleeping softly in their bedroom bunks.
And 4 police cars parked outside the painted

Koan Of The Body

no mathematics.no philosophy.this is your body you are relying on
imagination is belief is truth is language is in a flux of everything you have gone through

unseen territory evading your mind of butterfly coming towards you
some people are in the cup of backward solidity overcoming concrete reality of the past truths people are politicised

I bought it for a dollar

One of the Dollar tree stores stands at the Lincoln avenue in Anaheim
I peeped in and I found an old dollar coin accidentally stuck in a corner of my shy wallet.
I couldn't believe and it's a dollar
The book 'Ronnie'; Ronnie.Wood of Rolling Stones
Who's autobiographical novel.
He drifted on a river from a family of water gypsies.
A fine musician and a radical painter too.
Going through the few pages of his book
I found his creativity.
He quoted an African proverb from a Charles.Dicken's novel
'The Sun does not forget a Village just because it's small.'
I too feel like a gypsy and I watched my soul's compass.
Where I am now far from my motherland?
I request my friends to bury my body here and send the soul to my tiny tear dropp Island one day.

Let's Rock!

I grew up listening to The Beatles
and lots of other great bands too
like The Rolling Stones, The Kinks,
the Small Faces, The Troggs, and The Who.
Then I started going to Rock concerts
and watched many top groups on stage
in awe I listened to guitarists like Hendrix,
Eric Clapton, and my favourite of all Jimmy Page.
For years went to the Monsters of Rock
loved the atmosphere and even the rain and mud
roughed it in a tent at Reading and Glastonbury
got absolutely soaked but it still felt good.
Me and my two mates in an old clapped out van
stacked up with rubbish food and loads of beer
but all that mattered to us was the music
even though we'd end up skint and deaf in one ear.
We met some really wonderful and interesting people
who like us were into Heavy Metal and Hard Rock
I often wonder if they're still there head banging
and it would be great if we could turn back the clock.
