Can you canoe white waters in just a bucket?
Slam-dunk that Punk for stealing a car?
Watch Soccer aces pop your money in his pocket.
Or petite, pretty perky little Jockeys riding far.

Simple sailors asking weather weathers very clement.
A runner bean`s a runner from a standing start.

A response to inner call

Did you ever respond to inner conscious call?
Did it help you from any possible fall?
Was that just divine hint not to follow any dictates?
It is nicely understood but barred by apathy to indicate?

When you are driven or influenced by external forces?
You become helpless and can not choose clear course
There prevails confusion and have double state of mind
It never clears uncertainty and person is totally blind

It is all said in earnestness to follow conscience
It is in other sense no to all with complete defiance
Not to act in haste and to obey what seems to be true
It may be critical test but one has to pass through

How can one clearly see the obstacles free broad way?
What makes him to move boldly and push it away?

I don't want to work nine to five,
Just to end up barely alive,
I would rather sharpen a sword,
So to win myself a gold-hoard,
I don't want a means to an end,
I want to live solely to live,
To live like they did way back when,
Life surely was much simpler then,
I don't want to use wit and style,
Without going the extra mile,
I want to use chivalrous feats,
To tempt Madame beneath the sheets,

Poem, Wine, Fiddle & Chess

Chanting poem and pairing couplet made me happy.
So thus drinking bottles of wine with my friend, Charley!
I played fiddle according to the ancient music book.
In chess competition, I defeated the famous crook.
Papers and cups always scattered on my table.
At times, songs and reading sound were full of my aisle.
Drunken and sleepy, I asked my guests to leave my den.
Having no urgent matter, they would be coming again.

Sonnet: God Will Punish Them

I wish to forget all my past sadness;
My life's chaos ushered unto my heart,
By friends and foes who wrecked my happiness;
But I am fine albeit with my new Art.

My conscience is stronger than before;
My emotions within my Poesy;
My thoughts are shrewder, logical to core;
I stand adept and firm by prophecy.

Sometimes a sense of revenge takes o'er me;
I wish to punish those who gave me woes;
But God has punished them all already,
Like the adage, ' As you sow, you reap.' goes.

Marvel

There’s nothing in the universe, nothing in DC
That’s fantastic or galactic enough to be me
I’m a marvel
So amazing and venomous with a lyrical hook
I cause carnage in the streets and everywhere you look
I’m a marvel

It all started out like any other normal day
My shirt was quicksilver and my jeans were grey
A fresh sheet in front of me and a pencil mixing in
Rhymes deadly as weapon x, like I’m from Michigan
Slick as night crawlers and with twice the mystique
Wiser than any professor teaching magnetism
Word factors multiplied into a strange pragmatism
I wrote like a colossus while in a toad’s physique

The world is changing very fast indeed,
And things are worsening all the more each day;
And people gloat in vices, sin and greed,
All thinking worldly-wise in his own way.

Stage one wants to protect his own dear skin,
And wants to throw his faults onto others,
Washing publicly his dirty linen;
The honest man suffers but who bothers?

But watches God the wily creatures- men;

New doors to righteous men, He does open;

'Strange are the ways of God, 'None can forecast';
The unseen Master of the Universe;
He knew the present, future and the past;
Despite all afflictions, no one should curse.

God plays chess with a billion at a time;

CHAFING on flags of ebony and pearl,
My paladins are waiting. Loops of smoke
Stoop slowly from the coffee-cups, and curl
In thin fantastic patterns down the room
By cabinets of chinaware, to whirl
With milky-blue tobacco-steam, and fume
Together past our pipes, outside the door.
Soon may we lounge in silence, O my friend,
Behind those carven men-at-arms of chess
Dyed coral-red with dragon's blood, and spend
The night with noiseless warfare. Queens and rooks
With chiselled ivory warriors must contend
And counter-plots from old Arabian books
Be conjured to the march of knights and pawns.

Sonnet: A Miracle Is Happening

Yes, Providence at last has heard my cry!
Most plaintive one, this planet ever sent;
The weather for my foes is turning dry;
A spate of punishments will come this Lent.

The Dean now knows that truth is on my side;
The nexus has been hurting me for long;
But I will never commit suicide;
In skilful ways, I’ve struck the Maker's gong.

From now onwards, I can be less active;
The wrong-doers are trapped in their own snare;
Henceforth, I will more God -fearingly live;
Be more alert, avoid errors with care.

Life’s chess-board pieces move by God's design;
My lease of life renewed, I needn't resign.

Dear Books

I find a better dear in blue oceans
That love and like the ebb, the toes and blows
Of that small sea, on some more ablutions,
On this old honour, that will then appose.

My better friend shall mingle more or less,
The same disease alerts us this real day;
Man writes, confesses on the very chess
That saddens ours, then maddens those astray.

When findings match the real man tomorrow,
This treasure sees those golden values right,
A fellow writes for those who read although
The books say leather-hard, by candlelight.

I obviously sign the books with pride,
Much waits, much has the plates of this old bride.

I'd like to bury all my sorrow
In some wild dream of a better tomorrow
But life is just like a game of poker
Where every second card is a Jack or a Joker,

Or is it more like a game of chess
Played out in the barren wilderness

And a smiling poet with a weeping muse?

I'm frightened of your Gestapo kiss

Ch 07 On The Effects Of Education Story 12

One year discord had arisen in a caravan among the walking portion and I also travelled on foot. To obtain justice we attacked each other’s heads and faces, giving full vent to pugnacity and contention. I saw a man sitting in a camel litter and saying to his companion: ‘How wonderful! A pawn of ivory travels across the chess-board and becomes a farzin, and the footmen of the Haj travelled across the whole desert only to become worse.’

Tell on my part to the man-biting Haji
Who tears the skins of people with torments:
Thou art not a Haji but a camel is one
Because, poor brute, it feeds on thorns and bears loads.

I once knew a man
who was a master
at his art.

The secrets that he knew
set him apart and enkindled brilliance
was the mark.

Discipline and dignity
inspired curiosity
and he was a great man to me.

A very clever man,

The unutterable Brotherhood

My elder brother and best friend 'Lalith' who taught me to read & write
And lot of things about the fading life.
He is a good chess player, photographer and sailor as same as a rare good human being.
I am worried of him being a bachelor.
He too writes poetry and I received a letter today including this sad poem;

All the trees,
All the singing birds,
And the little fish in the pond,
Even the gentle wind
That blows through the garden,
Yes...., all of them
All, except the flowers in the garden
Understand my heart very well.........
When I interpret my dreams
They become desires
And when I interpret my desires
They become dreams again........
