Dressed in sweet red and light pink hue
For thy look like the passion of love's most tender part
As thy look at me with all thy heart…

Pink Lady

Pink Lady

Someone special crossed my life today, a pink lady.

I didn't know her and had never met her, but she touched my world.

A world of selfishness and self pity,

It made me ashamed of who I was and those who I fail.

She had beauty, innocence and above all dignity,

An amazing bravery.

She will forever be remembered by pink.

Thank you pink lady.

A Wonderful Painting

A Wonderful Painting

I remember before my mother's art
When I was but an egg.
The painting took color in every part.
One shade is but a leg.

The lavish blues spread across the page like a waving, smiling sea.
The canvas was plain and bare, except the blues, happily set free.
With the blue, I went to play as childish as I may.
The one clam and I sat with ourselves on the whaling bay.

This is me, like a leaf, on my first day at green.
So, all the others spoke; I found that none were mean.
There were dark greens, light ones, and one stuck in the middle.
After math, my friend and I learnt to play the fiddle.

My friend and I continued to play our little tune.
We soon fell in pink to which neither one was immune.

When the devil brings him,
like a Christmas puppy,
examine his downy fur & smell
his small paws for the scent
of sulphur.

Animal Rights (Migration To U.S)

Iris, Mona, Orla, Harry, Pinky and Charmy are going to emigrate,
to a far, far country United States,
leaving behind them a lot of sad stories,
to live in new homes happily,
Mona was abandoned in a hospital.
iris was injured in her hand.
With stick and brick, Charmy was severely beaten.
On the streets, Orlan, Harry and Pinky were abandoned.
They all were rescued by Animal Rescue Team Taiwan,
and helped find new owner in L.A, Calif, across vast ocean.
They need to turn a new leaf of life,
because the previous owners abused animal rights.
ARTT has carried out 188 oversea adoption,
since its foundation.
It has placed 765 dogs and cats in new homes in U.S,
because a kind, warm heart the new owners possess.

Sheltered Garden

I have had enough.
I gasp for breath.

Every way ends, every road,
every foot-path leads at last
to the hill-crest --
then you retrace your steps,
or find the same slope on the other side,
precipitate.

I have had enough --
border-pinks, clove-pinks, wax-lilies,
herbs, sweet-cress.

O for some sharp swish of a branch --
there is no scent of resin
in this place,
no taste of bark, of coarse weeds,
aromatic, astringent --

The only things I can think

That rhyme with pink
Are stink
And wink
And blink

The Beautiful Azalea

The beautiful azalea is a woody shrub that never grows into a tree
But the pink flowers on the azalea are so beautiful to see
In the cool to warm days of October when Spring is in the air
And beautiful Mother Nature flowers on her green cloak wear,
How lovely the azalea in the cool shade of the trees
In her mass of pinkish flowers gently stirring in the breeze
Such a thing of natural beauty for to beautify the Spring
In the nice days of October when the nesting song birds sing,
In her tiny leaves of light green and her mass of bright pink flowers
The azalea she is blooming in the sunshine and Spring showers
But time it keeps on ticking and the years go quickly by
And how many more Octobers will i live for to enjoy?
The sight of the beautiful azalea in her pink flowers in the shade
A thing of such rare beauty by Nature only made.

Pinks' Pill

So I took Pinks' pill
And then I took the bottle
Along with me
And I was floating
And when I glanced around again

That I'd made my way
