Quotes about replay, page 2
Let Go The Passion
memories come and go,
my rocking chair work out the flow.
Sweet fire keep the cold heart warm,
away from blurry past and the storm.
Sweet child she was, so,
crawling here and there and go.
I remember when settled in my arms,
that smile, ever full of charms.
Let go the passion, man,
this is not your track or way.
Let go the passion, man,
no rerun of times or replay.
Growing up so fast now,
spreading love by the vow.
Hatred didn't know this place,
that lies inside her with the grace.

A sweet love breath away
Faces across a table
a sweet love breath away,
yet only one can drink
neither wishing to move away.
eyes searching eyes
for hidden passion not yet revealed,
innuendo disguising love
but tenderness not concealed.
hearts a-thumping
outwards appearances calm
give-away movements
a gentle brush of fingertips
on waiting motionless arm.
words enjoyed
yet meanings sometimes delayed,
the simple tenderness and passion
absorbed and stored,

Poem As Conversations
a poem for ramona
and a poem for jean and a poem for candice
and a poem too for yuri
and a poem too for emma and another poem for hannah
and another poem for allan
and the rest of the clan
they are but
conversations sticking to my mind
and through these poems
i replay them
and you think these are not poems at all
precisely, these are conversations of the living
the living word
the word that still cohabits with us
we let them out from our mouths
but you do not wish to recover them
did you mean them all to be said
with the terms and conditions of truth?

Evil Doers
People do strengthen the hands of evil doers and,
Like Sodom and Gomorrah being replayed again and again to us;
But i am with you to deliver you among such people!
Because they will fight against you and they will not prevail.

Historical Echo! !
Dive into books & permeate Past
It's same story with action replayed
Heard of history repeating itself?
Was negligence by us, & time relayed.
One civilization ascents high
Wealth and blessings are at peaks
But morals fall and standard lows
When line in Right & Wrong bleaks.
Society is there but essence lost
Collaboration it was, usurped Greed
Violence and fear danced with glee
Children of era swallow such seeds.
Would snatch whatever they want
No rules applicable or mores logical
What been taught, what been seen
Society contagious & pathological.

Smile Today
Smile to move
Today...
Smile to finish
To day...
Smile to live and
Love today...
Smile to replay
Each of days...
And today's better
To smile day
In to day's
With smile...

Unavoidable
Forget that 'bam' in bamboozled.
Or the 'hood' covering those sly winks.
All deceptions replayed today,
Will not escape from noses...
Certain of a distinct smell that stays,
Of something thick that stinks.
No matter how polluted the air...
This stench that is there is unavoidable.

Infinite Loop
monotony in series
day after day
replays...
so do dreams
on one leg
skip around
our routine feet
faceless hope
thrums regular head
the accustomed
half darkness
circles and circles
somehow eyes remain
constantly closed
in a habitual gesture
in our darkened chambers
we pace up and down
down and up
searching and searching...

Over And Over
Nelly-Over and Over
Chorus:
'Cuz its all in my head
I think about it
Over and over again
And I can't keep picturin' you with him
And it hurts so bad
Yeah
'Cuz its all in my head
I think about it over and over again
I replay it over and over again
And I can't take it and I can't shake it no...
Verse 1:
(Nelly)
I cant wait to see you
Wanna see if you still got that look in your eye
That one you had for me be-fore we said our goodbyes
And its shame
That we gotta spend our time being mad about the same things
(Over and over again) About the same things (Over and over again)

Which Ones to Keep?
Back and forth drifting.
From thought to thought,
Sitting!
Wishing them to go away,
They seem to come...
And want to stay.
Replaying them over deepens my delay.
Some were good,
While others dismayed!
But today...
Every thought,
Has left a lesson I've been taught!
And I'm trying to remember...
Which ones to keep?
And which to dismember.

Like You I Am A Human Too
I've made it clear I do not fear,
Obstacles appearing to be near.
Although I use to manifest a resistance,
With a distance kept persisted.
And my mind is not delayed,
To replay mistakes I've made.
Knowing that it took a lot to do,
Since like you I am a human too!
And at times I can get nervous...
With a purpose that I service.
But I don't allow my feet,
To freeze my movement in defeat.
Nor will I sit and brood,
Like any loser who excuses what they do!
I've made it clear I do not fear,
Obstacles appearing to be near.

Road To Mandalay
Save me from drowning in the sea
Beat me up on the beach
What a lovely holiday
Theres nothing funny left to say
This sombre song would drain the sun
But it wont shine until its sung
No water running in the stream
The saddest place weve ever been
Everything I touched was golden
Everything I loved got broken
On the road to mandalay
Every mistake ive ever made
Has been rehashed and then replayed
As I got lost along the way
Theres nothing left for you to give
The truth is all that youre left with
Twenty places then at dawn
We will die and be reborn
I like to sleep beneath the trees
Have the universe at one with me

The Visit
I stand in quiet by the stream,
and wait for a key.
Either I was left behind or I
left something close;
a part of my life doesn't move.
There's a loss as if all
of history has been replayed
in the dramas lived here.
These horses don't know me,
and the epoch is new.
The fields are fields, the silver
air no truer than anything else.

Escapades She Tapes
From Italy to shores unknown.
She convinces she leaves footprints.
But her doors and windows...
Expose dust from a lack of being cracked.
As she sits aging in a familiar rocker,
With a knack to dream in spinster silence.
Romanced by novels.
And escapades she tapes and replays.
She is afraid she can not erase,
The age that daylight shows on her face.
Hiding...
She charades between chapters,
Fading.

Is What Makes Life So Sweet
Memories made over the years
Brings myself to shed some tears.
As future on the past will knock
We can't go turning back the clock.
Replaying the memories in my mind
Of the heartache that I left behind.
Clues to what the future will hold
As the passage of time does unfold.
My entire search is in vain
That it will never come again.
Is what makes life so sweet
A memory caught in a single heartbeat.

I Remember L.A.
I remember L.A.
Seems a lifetime ago
We were stars on Sunset Boulevard
What a movie we made
There were days in the sun
That have stayed forever young
Nights when passion was invincible
We tought love would never die
[Chorus]
There were moments in that lifetime
That my heart still replays
There were minutes

Years 1
For years I let the torment go on
Years I let you get in my head
Years I had to cry myself to sleep
your out now and last night
what you did to me replayed in my head again
I told myself i wasn't going to let it happen but it did
For years I have lived in scared quarters
For years I have looked for your face
For years I have never felt safe
For years I have remembered

A Moment Of The Past
I sit before my monitor
Humming an old Roy Orbison
Tune I memorized so long ago.
Hum…Hum um! That Hum! Again
“They’re playing that song again.
I guess it will never end. They’re
Playing it again…” The time I
Spent as a kid replaying it:
A borrowed forty-five record
Until I heard it in my sleep;
That’s what we did to occupy
Our time before the arrival
Of the now widespread computer.
I guess nothing lasts forever!

How To Come Out Of Depression?
The day the lightning struck my brain,
I could still remember the flashes in the mind,
The ground opened up for me to faint,
The thirst constricted the throat to find,
The water to drink and from the eyes,
The excruciating pain in the middle,
Of the head and the left of the chest,
The vivid memories of events that hid,
Replayed, rewound, replayed without rest,
The episode of maniac depression,
Germinated to a small plant,
I looked normal except my mind,
A word could take me to that playground,
Where I was bullied and beaten up,
An incident could draw the curtain,
For me to view the scene, one after another,
Before I entered the tunnel of depression,
I did have the feelings similar to the first event,
Memories danced mercilessly to captivate,
My feeble mind to think about the negative thoughts,

Demanding Confirmation
Once a validation has been made,
A declaration of its effectiveness...
Does not have to be kept replayed.
And an achievement,
That has been reached,
Has no need to be repeatedly preached.
Unless those who are doing this...
Live in denial,
And reality is disbelieved.
Leaving them demanding confirmation...
To only restrict success,
Until an acceptance of approval...
Is given with their authority.
