Tess The Labrador

Elevator floor numbers are going to ground floor,
elevator door opens with Mr. Call and Tess the Labrador.
Tess begins to sway quick to the East,
I think it’s a ghost she wants to meet.
Mr. Call motions her to walk to the left,
they walk by the inter coastal which is to the West.
Now Tess is a rescue dog who Mr. and Mrs. Call saved,
they adopted her in Illinois and she has been with them till this day.
She is a little older now but her eyes still can see,
she is still very strong with lots of energy.
Tess is of many different breeds,
she is short and stalky, but still has good knees.
She has a little white on her chest,
she likes Allen’s dog Madison the best.
Tess will be the last dog out for a dog the night,
Mr. Call doesn’t mind he gets along with Tess just fine.

I think if you have a two-story office and you hire someone who's handicapped, it might be reasonable to let him have an office on the first floor rather than the government saying you have to have a $100,000 elevator.

It’s the forth day

It’s the forth day
that I am at my new work

Icing

They started an avalanche
Their endless arguments purer next door
She whispers smiles with a sprained ankle.
Housekeeping steps passed the stranded hall
Ice cubes on the elevators ash tray
A pressure sinks her silver stare.
His rusts dust, hair mire, penny rolls, gone

If you travel to the States... they have a lot of different words than like what we use. For instance: they say 'elevator', we say 'lift'; they say 'drapes', we say 'curtains'; they say 'president', we say 'seriously deranged git.'

When You Have Nothing At All To Say

there are days of drudgery
hours that drag, months that you think are too long
like mountain trails that you feel you cannot really tread
years that look like tall buildings without elevators

you are stunned by all these
you hold the railings of the stairs and wait and then you decide
to just sit there
the passers-by look at you
could be something like disdain
you let them stare at you and you do not stare back
you look down the dusty floors

As the blacktop blisters and crusts,
As the skyscrapers abrade the ground,
As the automobiles mold in the morning dew,
As the airplanes fold like peeled tin foil in a garbage can,

Too Close and Beauty Hurts

To be in the face of Beauty-
and she was Beauty-
is intimidating;
there is the desire to
not be close
for being close intensifies the
sense of inadequacy.
