Hierarchy
Intelligence does not scale
With seniority and experience.
Hierarchy adopted
Will cripple efficiency.

The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear. And the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.

Senior Student
Senior Student.
Senescence...don’t know what that word means,
I forget so many words now a days.
A man called Alexander has stopped writing says
he forget dates and names of famous persons
but isn’t that what Wikipedia is for?
Senescence...old age, I read, better than senile which
is a word full ancient dust, of knowledge chipped off
an old statue, like the one I saw in Rome,
time had made his face featureless and he had lost
six fingers. Senior citizen me? I still have nine fingers.

Older Than
You are not older than your parents who gave birth to you!
Neither are you older than the elders in town;
So, try to listen to your parents and the words of the elders,
Because life is full of rules!
And you may easily burn your hands if you do not listen to them.
Life is full of experiences,
And experience is the best teacher!
That is why you have to listen to your parents and your elders,
Because they have had enough life experiences! !

Aged tree
Under the aged tree
Where we use to sing
Who is in the garden
The tree of my forefather
The unforgettable aged tree
Under the aged tree
Where we listen
To the story of our land
The dove and the jackal
An unforgettable story
Under the aged tree
Where my forefathers
Wept for freedom till death
May there soul rest in peace
And may the story of the aged tree lives in me

Saga Of The Ageing Orphan
Father and I waved goodbye
As we went to look
Uncle peter was writing a book
And his mama was starting to cook and shes ageing
We had come in search of one
Who evades us all
Never heeds the call
If only someone could stall this ageing
So Ill go and hope and know
That my time is near
Laughing through the years
Having only fears of ageing
song performed by Thin Lizzy

Winners bask
A lad may forget the lady
Elder to him, who had him.
But she may not.
Lass may forget the man,
Her elder, who used her.
But he may not.
Elders relish remembering
And victims wish forgetting
Their love mischief.

The Unbiased God
In the court of Death God,
Seniority is not counted,
Justice is not sought,
Verdict is not contested
And mercy is not granted.

Totally. Totally. Totally Bummed
Totally. Totally. Totally bummed.
Totally. Totally. Totally bummed.
Significant this feeling is,
Hard to overcome.
When an aging is apparent,
And nothing can be done.
And when one has a wisdom,
One developes more and more...
The pressure to pretend there isn't,
Can not be ignored.
Oh, totally. Totally. Totally bummed.
Being now an elder,
Overnight has stunned.
Totally. Totally. Totally bummed.
No more looking 26.
Overnight has stunned.

Sonnet: Care of the Elderly
God, bless the souls who care for elderly!
Oh, what a lovely service they perform!
And wretched be those thinking cleverly,
Escaping duties, keeping them not warm.
The elder ones took care of us when young;
What love they showered when we were children!
‘They cooked us tasty foods with wet cow-dung! ’
They told us fables showing what’s heaven.
How can we then repay the love we get?
-By taking care of elderly in turn.
Can we ever repay their loving debt?
We fail to carry sometimes ev’n their urn!
The elderly can bless one’s family;
Their curses lead to ruin verily!
