Stars Birth Labours Into New Light Organic Life
space dark velvet beauty star light sparkling
stars birth labours into new light organic life
primordial soup complex organic chemicals
precursors life birth born in each all new stars
infrared space observatories wonder observe
large organic molecules evolve from chemicals
in cloud-like envelope surrounding some stars
within a mere few thousand years of new birth
watch infrared spectra readings of short-lived
carbon-rich stars engulfed in clouds of gas dust
clouds seeded rich advanced organic molecules
repeatedly detected in outer space young stars
sing times of merriment paradise periods as new
life prospers proliferates complex molecules exist
stars creating new life in conception birth labours
stars birth life easily without difficulty chemicals
eventually ejected into interstellar space journey
out toward cry life planets earth life possibilities

President Bush's proposal to focus our resources on sending humans to Mars is intriguing, but it is not the most compelling reason that Americans ought to focus our interest on the Red Planet.

Hungry Angels
Tonight I will not sleep
I will call you in my eyes.
My hands were trembling
when I opened the book.
Words you uttered long back
tumbled out ashen-faced.
I started burning inside.
Where did we take a wrong turn?
The oven had baked a burnt-out
face. They are altering genes.
Suddenly it is going to start
a riot among the gods,
a pure kill.
Frightened I move in circles around
the little black hole in the center.
Martians would throw the boys
to appease the hungry angels.

Science Friction
I look out of my window at night
I see the stars and Im filled with fright
I got a feeling someones looking
It aint the aliens at the foot of my bed
Its more the ale inside my head
I got a feeling somethings cooking
Science friction burns my fingers
Electricity still lingers
Hey put away that ray, how do you martians say
I love you
I read my comics from front to back
Ill be ready for any attack
I got a feeling someones looking

Sci-fi
I'm into sci-fi (sci-fi, sci-fi),
I'm into sci-fi UFO,
I think that I spy (I spy, I spy),
That where I go,
The force will go,
But these opinions,
I keep to myself,
I leave my Asimov,
Closed on the shelf.
Do you dig Einstein? (Einstein, Einstein),
Yeah, but only relatively,
Well its a fine time,
To take a bash,
At his theories,
I think a Star Wars,
Headed this way,
Well go to Mars,
We can work, rest and play.
I'm into sci-fi (sci-fi, sci-fi),
I'm into sci-fi UFO,

Light of Stars, The
The night is come, but not too soon;
And sinking silently,
All silently, the little moon
Drops down behind the sky.
There is no light in earth or heaven
But the cold light of stars;
And the first watch of night is given
To the red planet Mars.
Is it the tender star of love?
The star of love and dreams?
O no! from that blue tent above,
A hero's armor gleams.
And earnest thoughts within me rise,
When I behold afar,
Suspended in the evening skies,
The shield of that red star.

You are a queen on the mars
My imagination's satellite
Goes all the way up there to discover
You are a queen on the mars
The sky with thousands of stars is winking at you
You are staring at the two moons of your red planet
Wondering if we were them
You are sitting lonely on a rock
And saying he loves me, he loves me not
Plucking petals of a lovely red rose
One by one
Now you are looking at the earth
The wonderful blue planet
And thinking; am I also thinking of you
Am I also missing you a lot?
On earth I am waiting for you eagerly
Looking at the sky for your UFO to come
And appear like the brightest star
And land on my land's beautiful greenery

A critic, an imposer
A critic is a non-performer,
Who makes or mars a performer.

Life Saving Symbiotic Philosophy
symbiotic philosophy to save not only society
but the planet at large
earth-born natives mustn't
imagine ourselves high-tech alien invaders
despite ingrained stellar ambitions
stimulating sci-fi imaginations
identify ourselves not
as an earth exploiting space age race
destined for lunar/martian colonization
reach for the stars?
- no -
kneel and plant kisses on
earth's mineral-nutrient-rich
life-sustaining soil

Attack Of The Radioactive Hamsters From A Planet Near Mars
They showed up on my doorstep just a couple weeks ago
They looked so sweet and harmless
Tell me, how was I to know
They got a little too close to the microwave and then much to my surprise
They grew to forty thousand times their original size
They started mutatin right before my eyes
Oh my
Attack of the radioactive hamsters from a planet near mars
A race from a distant place
They came in ufos shaped just like cuban cigars
Man oh man, you oughta hear em squeal
Now the whole wide world is their exercise wheel
Attack of the radioactive hamsters from a planet near mars
The president, hes is a panic
The pentagon, theyre in shock
Theres a team of research scientists they got em workin round the clock
Now the national guard is out in my back yard
And the marinesll be comin around
I hope they get this lousy rodents out of my town
cause the property values are goin way down now

I dream..
I dream of floating away on a cloud
I dream of catching a falling star
I dream of my prince charming
I dream of how I'll save him from the dragon
I dream of cows on the moon
And pink grass
I dream of old ladies knitting socks
I dream the twelve Olympians are real
I dream I'll meet them someday
I dream of vast sugar cane fields
I dream of a bed of roses
And how prickly that must be
I dream of firefly friends
I dream of a lighting bug show
I dream of riding a striped horse down the aisle
I dream of hot air balloons
I dream of polar bears
And penguins

Invaders Of My Space
Invaders of my Space
Overcast morning, silent is my forest. I see no hares,
hear no birds; it is as nature has stopped breathing.
The sheep that walked ahead of me has disappeared,
and sparrows fall like autumnal leaves.
A carob tree appears, it shouldn’t be here, pods like
green fingers. But hang on, they are green fingers.
Martians are waiting to ambush me. I stop, turn and
run back whence I came. The forest is but a memory.
They came, seized the land; we have to pay to walk
its tracks. They have acquired fresh waters’ nascent
and purchased the salty oceans too; drink or sail you
have to pay. Santo, the ogre, is here… no escape.

Fear Kills The Pleasure
Fear mars the pleasure of smoking
When you smoke in a forbidden place.
Fear mars the pleasure of mating
When you mate with a forbidden person.

Hammered!
Hammered!
Hammered, harm, ham, hammer, me, dam, read;
So unique!
So lovely,
So nice,
Much attractive;
But, joyful with the peace of your mind.
Hammered!
The pollution,
Of the population,
The nature of things with the people;
Hammered, mean, near, dear, hear, era, ear, are, hard! !
But, it is just a matter of time.
Hammered!
Comments,
Bombardments,
Of the Red Planet;
Hammered, am, arm, dare, hare, mad, red, heard, had;

I used to believe there were people on Mars, and of course now we know there aren't. Mars held particular interest. I was curious what kind of beings they would look like.
